Onion, rapeseed oil, yoghurt powder (milk), desiccated coconut, buttermilk powder (milk),
garlic, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel seed, garam masala (coriander, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, star anise, cumin, chilli, fennel, black pepper, bay leaves, sunflower oil), sugar, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, tomato paste, water, lemon juice, modified maize starch.
Pan fry 400/500g of meat or vegetables for 5 mins. Add the full jar of sauce
and stir on a medium heat. Simply cover and cook to release the flavours. You can add extra water
if more sauce is required. Serve with basmati rice and warm naan bread.
Once opened it can be kept refrigerated for 2 days and used before the BBE date.
